Key Responsibilities
Deliver HR programs and solutions aligned with business goals
Implement and administer HR programs and provide consultation on HR processes
Act as a change agent, focusing on talent development and organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Five years of experience in HR areas such as organizational development and employee relations
Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Workday experience preferred
Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment
