Director Of Candidate Development
The role of the Director of Candidate Development is to source new and maintain existing candidate pipelines in accordance with current in-house and law firm client needs in the platform.
Owning "white glove" recruiting and account management for concierge clients
Pitching in, as necessary, and as the company determines is appropriate, to recruit for subscription needs and subscription client's success
Owning the creation of new and iteration of existing tech-forward recruiting strategies that can scale to our projected growth
Owning recruiting data tracking and goal-setting
Owning the creation and execution of strategies to drive candidate engagement
Creating and owning the execution of strategies to ensure that the network grows in accordance with client demand and that supports the renewal of subscription clients
Owning and supervising support team for job / recruiting interactions and handling escalations in which the support team is out of their depth and needs additional help
Owning contractor verification and supervising / putting in place and maintaining processes to ensure contractors are efficiently verified and any issues are quickly resolved
Providing feedback to stakeholders
This role requires Executive Director approval for any process change implementation and is not permitted to move any funds. Otherwise, this role enjoys discretion as to day to day tasks and how they are prioritized and arranged outside of the main functions.
Minimum Education and / or Experience :
2-4+ years of experience in recruiting
Undergraduate degree required
Requisite Abilities and / or Skills :
Must have highly proficient written and oral communication skills
Must be able to prioritize efforts well in order to maintain positive relationships
Must be people-oriented and enjoy constant communication
Must be able to evaluate and rate resumes and work histories for fit
Must be able to work with a high level of urgency and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively
