Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and greet clients with professionalism and care
• Collect client information and schedule appointments
• Conduct initial client interviews to assess financial eligibility, identify legal concerns, and gather documents for case presentation
• Provide counsel or brief services where appropriate
• Share details of recent intakes with the team at CAM
• Ensure every client interaction is positive and resourceful

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Customer service or front-desk experience
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a caring attitude
• Ability to relate to clients with maturity and sensitivity, particularly from underserved communities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housing, legal services, or nonprofit support is a plus
