Compensation : Up to $35 / hour (equivalent to ~$72k annually, assuming no overtime)
Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday (some overtime available)

We're looking for a Electro Mechanical Technician to join our growing team in Cedar Park, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a precision-driven, process-focused environment and enjoys hands-on electromechanical work. If you have experience assembling motors, stators, coils, or other high-reliability electrical / mechanical systems—and you take pride in meticulous workmanship—this could be an excellent fit.
In this position, you’ll perform detailed assembly, testing, and inspection of electric motor components used in next-generation power and motion systems. You’ll work with stators, windings, insulation systems, wiring, and precision mechanical fixtures while following strict work instructions and quality standards. Candidates from aerospace, EV powertrain, electronics, semiconductor, circuit boards, and other high-precision manufacturing environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, motor / coil winding, aerospace electronics, EV powertrain, semiconductor, PCB assembly, or other precision manufacturing environments.Experience performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks such as crimping, wiring, soldering, torque tools, epoxy / potting, and use of precision fixtures.Experience with electrical testing, such as continuity, resistance, insulation checks, or hipot testing (training provided).Ability to read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and revision-controlled travelers / SOPs.Strong attention to detail and process discipline—must consistently follow standardized procedures without deviation.Ability to accurately record build and test data for traceability and quality assurance.Proven reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic due to the complexity and safety requirements of the products.High school diploma or equivalent.Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with motor, generator, actuator, or electric machine assembly.IPC-A-610 or IPC-WHMA-620 experience or certification.Experience in pilot-line or R&D environments supporting early-stage manufacturing.Familiarity with MES systems or digital travelers.Exposure to Lean / 5S principles, ESD practices, or continuous improvement environments.Prior collaboration with engineering, quality, or test teams for build feedback and process refinement.
