Responsibilities :
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Support onboarding processes by organizing logistics and ensuring new hires have necessary resources.
- Collaborate with team members and partners to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to track recruitment metrics and progress.
- Assist in the management of vendor relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct surveys and evaluations to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Facilitate decision-making by providing detailed analyses and insights on recruitment trends.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize tools such as Workday to monitor and manage recruitment workflows.
- Drive networking initiatives to build strong connections and attract top talent.
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in tools like Workday and other HR management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Experience with vendor management and coordination.
