Key Responsibilities
Lead teams to achieve KPIs and ensure branch satisfaction with performance
Ensure compliance with DOT hiring guidelines and best practices in recruiting and onboarding
Analyze application processes to improve hiring speed and retention rates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5+ years of work-related experience preferred
Knowledge of DOT Hiring guidelines
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MS Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
