Litigation Assistant – Personal Injury

Location : Burbank, CA | On-site | $25–$30 / hr

Direct Counsel is representing a successful personal injury firm in Burbank, CA, known for its exceptional results and commitment to client service. Specializing in car accident cases, this growing firm is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support its dynamic and fast-paced litigation department.

What You’ll Do :

As a Litigation Assistant , you’ll work closely with attorneys and paralegals to keep cases moving efficiently through the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include :

Managing electronic court filings (e-filing)

Coordinating client appointments and maintaining ongoing communication

Preparing case files and documents for court appearances

Drafting pleadings and Judicial Council forms

Communicating with opposing counsel

Supporting attorneys and paralegals with on-demand litigation tasks

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 1 year in litigation; personal injury law experience preferred

Language : Bilingual in Spanish and English ((Preferred but NOT required)

Education : High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills :

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Please Note : This is a 100% in-person role located in Burbank, CA. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

What You’ll Get :

Pay : $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule : Full-time | 40 hours / week | 8-hour shift
