Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Events Coordinator. In this role, you will service assigned groups and special events, preparing both types for successful execution. Develop concepts for new monetized events and celebrations. Prospect artists and secure booking of approved talent in multiple venues.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure every event is executed seamlessly, creating memorable, well-organized experiences that reflect the Kalahari brand's standards of excellence.

Pay Rate : $25 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with resort management to plan and execute details of special events to include talent booking and vendor coordination.
• Lead the implementation of events that reinforce the Kalahari brand, drive attendance and enhance the guest experience.
• Supervise the work of vendors, artists and subcontractors checking the quality of completed work.
• Understand all duties of Banquet and Audio-Visual Teams to assist when needed.
