About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Summer Camp Director to join our team at Overtime Athletics DMV.. This Part-time position offers the opportunity to lead and create memorable experiences for children in a fun and energetic environment.  OTA Camp Directors will be leading 1 day, school day off camps and winter break camps.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute daily camp activities and schedules
  • Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
  • Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage camp logistics and inventory

    • Requirements :

  • Up to 3 years experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CPR / First Aid certification required
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive camp environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Teacher's License Preferred
