Description We're seeking a talented Content Creator / Graphic Designer to join our team. This role blends visual design, social media content creation, and photography/videography to support brand storytelling and campaign execution across digital channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong design eye, understand how content performs on social media, and can manage projects from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities: Creative & Graphic Design - Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, email, web, and print, catalogs and flyers.
Maintain brand consistency while creating fresh, engaging visuals
Deliver polished creative with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organize and provide editable working files for internal use
Social Media Content & Scheduling Create platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule, manage, and publish posts using social media management tools
Collaborate with marketing to execute content calendars and campaigns
Stay up to date on social trends, formats, and best practices
Photography & Videography Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for marketing and social media use
Produce short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories
Edit content to be on-brand and optimized for each platform
Performance Awareness & Paid Media Design creative assets for paid social campaigns when needed
Understand how creative impacts engagement, reach, and conversions
Use performance insights and analytics to inform creative improvements
Requirements Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and digital content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and content management workflows
Photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing content
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have Experience with paid social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
