• Develop and enforce disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Set objectives and track performance metrics for the Infrastructure team to align with organizational goals.
• Lead the resolution of user issues through the Helpdesk and coordinate risk mitigation strategies across departments.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee relationships with global technology vendors to optimize services.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Integrate security best practices into IT operations to protect company and customer data.
• Drive compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all IT functions.
• Design cost-effective infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements without compromising quality.
