About the Opportunity

She Recruits is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) RN to join a highly collaborative and dedicated critical care team in Ocala, Florida . This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about caring for the most complex and vulnerable patients in an intensive care setting.

As a CVICU RN, you'll deliver expert care to patients requiring advanced cardiac support-including those on ventilators, vasoactive drips, and post-cardiac procedures-while working closely with a multidisciplinary team that values communication, safety, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, focused care for critically ill cardiac and vascular patients
• Advocate for patients and families while ensuring confidentiality and privacy
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, procedures, and care plans
• Continuously monitor patient status and respond to changes with sound clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice

BLS - within 30 days of hire
