    • Your Role with the Company

  • Leading the estimation team.
  • Help the sales team develop business in Southern California.
  • Develop cost estimates for projects and services related to scaffolding.
  • Develop, produce, and maintain production units according to industry standards as directed.

    • Background Profile

  • In-depth knowledge & experience in estimating scaffolding projects.
  • Generate new job leads through networking with construction general contractors in the LA and San Diego metros.
  • Good safety record.
  • Background with estimating projects in the $50k-$250k range.
  • Field experience is a huge plus.
