Close to Home Caregivers is an agency run by caregivers. Because we know the challenges of the job, we go out of our way to find clients and shifts that fit your life. We believe that happy caregivers mean happy clients.

Who Are Our Clients?

  • Some need help with mobility, personal care, and daily routines. They may suffer from dementia, Parkinsons or another disorder.
  • Others simply need a kind presence someone to help with small tasks, share conversation, or lend a hand with meals or laundry.
  • Some live at home; some are in a facility but need more attention than the staff can provide.

    • Shifts :

    Our minimum shift is 4 hours, our longer shifts range from 6 to12hrs.

    We have Weekday, Weekend and Overnight shifts ... the mix can vary from week to week.

    Our goal is to find you continuing shifts so you can plan your life.

    What We Need in a Caregiver :

  • Patience, compassion, empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • A valid Florida drivers license and a reliable vehicle (with current insurance and registration).
  • A Level II background clearance .
  • No felony convictions.

    • Pay :

    Starts at $18.00-19.00 / hour , with flexibility in certain circumstances.
