Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : N. Scottsdale, AZ Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (option to start earlier) Pay : $24 - $25 per hour Work Environment : In-office

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Scottsdale. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of AP experience who are eager to grow, or someone who has skills in construction accounting. You will manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor payments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, invoices, manage check runs and handle various vendor payments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Research and resolve discrepancies, asking questions when needed
• Maintain organized records and support audits as required

Qualifications

1+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Experience with Oracle

Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
