A company is looking for a Manager 2, Product Sales Support & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales

Create ongoing training initiatives focused on product knowledge and sales skills

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience

7-10 years of relevant work experience

Experience in sales enablement and program management

Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals

Proficiency in utilizing sales enablement tools and platforms
