Montgomery Investment Technology, Inc. of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, specializes in the valuation of options and derivatives securities. We deliver software applications, valuation consulting services, and training seminars. MITI is seeking a Software Developer Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for junior and senior level undergraduate and graduate students who wish to gain real-world experience in computer programming for finance and data analysis.
Job Description
- Research Python Programming for Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning
- Perform JavaScript Development for an MS Excel Add-In
- Engage in the coding lifecycle, ensuring robustness and efficiency in Cloud Applications
- Document Procedures : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed systems and models
- Perform WordPress Development and analyze SEO performance metrics.
- Work on Financial Calculators and other tools that leverage Quantitative Finance.
- Research and Development in Machine Learning, and its potential to guide product direction
- Discussion of Data Structures, Algorithms, Software Design Patterns and Methodologies, and System Design
