Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience. Role Responsibilities: * Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients. * Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. * Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation. * Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed. * Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs. * Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care. Requirements: * A compassionate, patient, and caring nature. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting) * Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance. * Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray. * Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
