Insight Restoration Salesperson

Insight Restoration, a leader in disaster recovery known for swift response, cutting-edge technology, and unparalleled service quality, is expanding its team.

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team specializing in water and fire damage restoration services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a solid understanding of the restoration industry, and experience in related fields such as construction or emergency services. This role is essential for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and securing contracts for our restoration services. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are paramount for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify New Business Opportunities : Proactively seek out and develop new client relationships and potential restoration projects.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Create and execute effective sales plans aimed at achieving company growth objectives.
  • Negotiate Contracts : Skillfully negotiate favorable service agreements with clients and insurance companies.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service : Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the sales and service process, fostering trust and positive experiences.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Keep informed about the latest advancements, regulations, and best practices within the restoration industry.

Skills and Experience :

  • Sales Experience : A proven track record in sales is required, with a preference for experience in the restoration or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Restoration Processes : A strong understanding of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and other relevant services is considered crucial.
  • Strong Communication Skills : The ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders is essential for building relationships and securing contracts.
  • Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients is key to successful sales in this industry.
  • Experience with Insurance Claims : Knowledge of working with insurance companies and understanding claims processes is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in construction or emergency services can provide valuable insights into the restoration process and customer needs.
  • Experience with industry-specific software such as Xactimate, DASH, or MICA can be valuable for estimating and claim processing.

    • Qualifications & Additional Considerations :

  • While not always required, candidates are encouraged to pursue relevant certifications such as those from the IICRC (e.g., WRT, FSRT) to demonstrate expertise.
