Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Calabasas, CA - Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Innovate and develop cutting-edge IP test products.
• Design mechanical and thermal systems, sourcing necessary components.
• Conduct simulations and create thermal solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address design for manufacturing and assembly issues.
• Validate designs, gather quotes, and oversee prototype construction and testing.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in product development from concept to production.
• Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in designing complex electro-mechanical systems and thermal management, including liquid cooling.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with ANSI drafting standards.
• Knowledge of fabrication methods for sheet metal, machined parts, plastics, and extrusions.
