Infant / Toddler Teacher

We are looking for 1 qualified toddler teachers AND 1 teacher assistant to support our growth and newly remodeled Preschool and Infant Center.

START DATE : November 10, 2025

COMPENSATION :

$20.50 / HOUR - Qualified Teacher

$18.00 / HOUR - Teacher's Assistant

FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK, W2

SCHEDULE : MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM

We are a Christian-based, early education program, looking for a qualified, passionate early education teacher who puts children's needs at the forefront. We provide a wide range of activities in a developmentally appropriate setting serving children from 6 weeks to 36 months.

• Safety and supervision of our children by maintaining a 9.5 / 10 Neat & Tidy Rating in your classroom
• Elevated focus on child growth and development by planning fun, hands-on activities aligned with the curriculum and posting it every week by Monday morning
• Communicate effectively with fellow teachers, staff, and leadership in accordance with the following standards so all feel supported and acknowledged :

Acknowledge or respond to messages within 24 hours of receipt

Send two pictures sent to parents in the morning and two in the afternoon for each child

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

POSITION REQUIRES completing Title 22 Guidelines and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of State laws and licensing requirements.
