Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the agency. This role oversees operational excellence, caregiver and client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, staffing, and business development. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem‑solver, and coach with proven experience in home care, senior care, or service‑driven industries.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day‑to‑day agency operations to ensure high‑quality, consistent service delivery
- Manage client on‑boarding, care plans, service scheduling, and ongoing quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop office staff and field caregiversPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional serviceHandle recruitment, on‑boarding, and performance management processesBusiness Growth & Client Relations
Build and maintain strong community relationships with referral sourcesDrive business development and implement growth strategiesEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and retentionFinancial & Administrative Oversight
Manage budgeting, billing, payroll, and KPI trackingMonitor performance metrics and implement operational improvementsMaintain accurate documentation and reportingQualifications
