A company is looking for a Director, Product Operations to oversee product planning, delivery, and measurement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement standardized product management strategies and processes

Design and deploy a framework for product initiatives from ideation to post-launch evaluation

Lead capacity and dependency planning across product lines and ensure operational readiness for major releases

Required Qualifications

7+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or related product leadership in SaaS / technology

Experience in building standard planning frameworks and operating rhythms

Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and dependency management

Fluency with product management tools and data-driven decision making

Proven ability to facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams
