The job is responsible for cleaning, and overall daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

What this role will do :

• Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to : clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night
• Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue
• Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
• Making sure guests' seats are clean from any debris before doors open
• Display the "heart of service" attitude
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required basic maintenance and service.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
