A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and coordinate lease negotiations
Track transaction activity, prepare financial documents, and contribute to operational plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Experience with industrial and flex transactions is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
