Position Summary

Golf Defined is looking to hire its next Certified Professional Coach that provides high-quality, personalized golf instruction to a diverse clientele, ranging from juniors and beginners to advanced players. This coach must be a PGA Member with a passion for teaching the game and helping students achieve their unique goals while being fluent in the technology that is readily available. As a company, Golf Defined believes not only in the improvement of its clients but also covets the professional development of its PGA Professionals.

Experience Required

• PGA Professional
• 4 year college degree preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of golf trends and equipment (i.e. training aids, clubs, applications)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Essential Responsibilities

• Become fluent in the technology provided to help your clients play better golf
• Utilize your golf knowledge to help provide a plan designed around each individual student
• Continued education in teaching, coaching, and general golf knowledge
• Maintain the facility (i.e. equipment, cleanliness, organization)
• Perform daily tasks on individual bookkeeping through Excel
• Opening and closing duties, securing the facility
• Create an environment that welcomes learning
• Great communication with staff and clientele
• Treat others how you would want to be treated in their situation
