Position Description : Summary : \tThe EEP Processor is responsible managing a loan pipeline, gathering all required documents and ensuring completion through closing.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
\tReview and verify the loan application and associated documents for accuracy and completeness.
\tEnsure all loan documentation complies with current internal lending and agency guidelines.
\tWork closely with correspondent lenders, Account Executives, Underwriters, Closers, and Title Companies to gather and clarify documentation.
\tInput and update loan information into the loan origination system and associated tracking sheets.
\tCommunicate clearly and proactively with correspondent lenders throughout the loan process.
\tIdentify and resolve processing issues or documentation discrepancies.
\tPrepare and submit loan files to underwriting in a timely and efficient manner.
\tMonitor and manage pipeline to meet closing deadlines.
\tStay updated on mortgage industry guidelines, company policies, and compliance requirements.

\tPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\tStrong knowledge of mortgage loan products and agency guidelines.
\tProficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience\t2+ years of experience processing Conventional and FHA mortgage loans is required. Experience processing non-QM and FHA manually underwritten loans is preferred.
Education\tA high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.This position is bonus eligible.
