ID : 74506655 Shift : 12H Nights 12 hr nights Description : Unit Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.

• Fingernail policy : Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
• RN's - Pass / Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated
• Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.
• will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only, I can ask.
