Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Enterprise and Strategic sales

Partner with Sales to enhance technical discovery and qualification in complex sales cycles

Build scalable pre-sales processes to achieve technical wins in multi-stakeholder environments

Required Qualifications

5+ years in B2B SaaS in a Senior Solutions Engineering role, with 3+ years of management experience

Proven success in high-complexity, regulated, or security-focused sales motions

Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders

Experience scaling Solutions Engineering functions in fast-growth environments

Background in security, compliance, infrastructure, or developer tools is a bonus
