Job Summary
The Production Administrator supports daily production, office, and customer operations to ensure smooth workflow across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for communication, documentation control, scheduling assistance, and coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production, engineering, and management teams with day?to?day administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communication to ensure timely response and follow?up.
- Maintain organized filing systems, production documents, confidentiality agreements, and customer / vendor records.
- Assist with purchase order entry, basic purchasing follow?ups, and supplier communication.
- Provide support for production scheduling and document updates related to parts lists and spare parts with engineering and sales.
- Assist with ERP updates, data cleanup, and contact management to support sales and service activities.
- Complete other administrative duties related to production and operations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.Strong communication skills (phone, email, customer-facing).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to work effectively with production, engineering, sales, and management teams.Preferred Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Familiarity with ERP systems such as Visual (or similar).Knowledge of ISO?compliant documentation practices.Pay Details : $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
