A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and provide actionable insights

Establish KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and ensure data quality while driving continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements and perform ad hoc analyses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role in commercial or healthcare settings

Proven experience in building interactive dashboards in Tableau

Experience with external market data and medical devices or healthcare services

Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and advanced Excel skills
