MG+M The Law Firm is currently hiring experienced California Litigation Paralegals to join our Toxic Tort practice group, supporting our California-based legal teams. This position requires the ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours (9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm). Candidates located near one of our firm's offices may have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Experience handling California cases is a plus, though not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously.
• Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys.
• Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.
• Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.
• Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners.
• Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time.
