Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1720.75 - $1885.50

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-MN(Copy needed)

Certifications : OTR-NBCOT(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
