Commercial Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and flexible work environment. As a Commercial Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in marketing and broker work taking the lead on negotiations and managing accounts independently. This is a higher-level position that offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range : $80000 - $95000 annually
  • Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing and broker activities for middle to larger national market accounts with a focus on social services healthcare and assisted living sectors
  • Take ownership of small accounts working independently without an Account Manager
  • Lead negotiations and ensure successful outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with the social services team and other departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software (preferred but not required) to manage accounts and documentation
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting
  • Licensure / Designations : P&C (Property and Casualty) required
  • Strong understanding of marketing and broker work with the ability to handle accounts independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive self-motivated and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Local candidates preferred with the ability to commute to the office regularly
