Contract Training Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Contract Training Specialist . In this role, you will deliver high-quality instructional services, support assistant trainers, and ensure smooth, well-organized training sessions.

Contract Training Specialist Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with management to develop guidelines and standards for assistant trainers.
• Lead and supervise training sessions, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience and leave with valuable skills.
• Coordinate logistics, including materials preparation and session setup.
• Monitor training sessions, providing support, and addressing issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear communication with management and fellow trainers, reporting on session outcomes and equipment performance.
• Assist participants with online training programs and answer procedural questions.
