Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Lakewood office. This role is the primary point of contact for callers families facility partners and team members - ensuring communication is smooth timely and professional. The ideal candidate is warm organized detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries

Assist families facilities and internal staff with requests or routing communication appropriately

Maintain a professional friendly and supportive tone in all interactions

Handle scheduling requests and help coordinate communication across clinical teams

Input update and track information in internal systems and databases

Manage and distribute messages to the appropriate departments

Support administrative projects and office needs as assigned

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred (healthcare or hospice a plus)

Strong communication and phone etiquette skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment

Proficient with basic computer systems and willing to learn new software

Compassionate patient and team-oriented mindset
