This role requires a Service / Advisor at Gallery Ford of Pekin LLC in Pekin, IL.

The responsibilities include basics Service Advisor tasks, along with calling previous day repairs to follow up on the quality of service.

Additional duties involve scheduling special order parts, recalls, setting up pick-up and deliveries, and mobile service.

This role requires multitasking and scheduling according to shop capacity.

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up on previous day repairs for quality of service
  • Schedule special order parts and managing recalls
  • Coordinate pick-up and deliveries
  • Manage mobile service
  • Multitask efficiently
  • Schedule appointments according to shop capacity

    • Requirements :

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor Required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes
