What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth / or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Requirements
Qualifications : Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programmeExperience : A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)Expertise : Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic ApproachesTrauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivorsSomatic Experiencing (SE)License : Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practiceSupervision Requirement : One supervision session every 2 monthsLanguages : Proficiency in English and your local languagePreferred Background : Prior experience with EAP and / or adult counselingFlexibility : Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessaryIf you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
