• Job Overview You’ll lead group fitness-style workout outs helping our members find their inner champ!

As an instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:

• ● Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts ● Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t ● Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate-focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing. ● Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout ● Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration ● Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by partnering with the studio team to participate in campaigns Being a team player As an Instructor, You Have : ● Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly disposition ● Passion for health and wellness ● “Teamwork makes the dreams work” attitude ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● 1 Year Of Coaching Experience Minimum ● Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness. ● Be AED/CPR certified *Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations.
