Technical Enterprise Architect – Hybrid / Flexible | Milwaukee Area | $180,000 Basic Salary _ Benefits

Are you an experienced Technical Architect ready to shape the future of IT architecture for a growing organization? We’re seeking a strategic leader to drive innovation, efficiency, and resilience across our technology landscape.

Location : Milwaukee area (Flexible working) Type : Full-time Salary : $180,000 + Benefits

About the Role : As Technical Architect, you’ll lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting long-term growth. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and guide the deployment of large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, design, and implement robust technical architecture strategies.
  • Lead technical teams during major technology projects and deployments.
  • Mentor and upskill technical operations staff.
  • Oversee system administration, security operations, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Evaluate and select new technologies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for technical best practices and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise technology administration and management.
  • Broad technical expertise across infrastructure, software, databases, and security.
  • Proven track record leading architecture for large, complex solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
