Position Overview : Join our dedicated Med Surg team where you will collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to provide safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. In this position, you will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Current RN license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
• Generally, 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
