Key Responsibilities
Field incoming cases and phone calls to resolve issues within client builds
Deliver timely solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and managing caseloads
Analyze customer configurations and troubleshoot problems using internal and external resources
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer support experience
Experience troubleshooting technical issues
1+ years of UKG Workforce Ready experience preferred
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employer / employee tax laws
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and HCM systems
