Overview An International IT service provider is seeking a motivated IT Specialist - HR Operations with a background in Computer Science or IT project management to join its team. This role will serve as a critical liaison between staffing agencies and hiring managers, while also supporting technical managers by reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews. Please Note this is a W2 contract position and a hybrid position. Local candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between staffing agencies and internal hiring managers. Review resumes and conduct first-round interviews on behalf of technical hiring managers. Partner closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners and internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment cycle. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with exposure to technical roles. Strong understanding of IT or engineering environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Preferred Background in IT project management or technical recruiting. Bilingual skills in Japanese and English. Familiarity with staffing agency collaboration and vendor management. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing.
