What We’re Looking For:

Joseph Auto Group is hiring a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor/Consultant to support the daily operations of our high-performing Service Department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers promptly and courteously

• Answer incoming Service calls, schedule appointments

• Write informative and accurate work orders, including authorizations for maintenance and repairs.

• Use Reynolds&Reynolds Ignite and DealerLogix to track and manage estimates and repairs

• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, co-advisors, other dealership employees/departments

• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations

• Follow repair process and keep customer updated throughout the service visit

• Excellent and consistent communication is a MUST!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as Service Consultant or Customer Service Representative

• Luxury car line experience preferred, not required

• Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

• High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
