Description : Responsibilities :
Security officer’s responsibilities will be to provide professional and courteous security services to residents, staff, visitors, contractors, first responders and manage all aspects of safety of the property. This position includes but is not limited to the following list of specific tasks :
- Perform hourly checks within the building and outside building perimeter.
- Maintain accurate shift log.
- Responsible for in-house mail delivery from various departments.
- Intercept, secure and notify resident(s) of package deliveries.
- Responsible for company issued equipment and keys.
- Monitor on-site operation of fire safety equipment.
- Monitor and operate multiple on-site cameras.
- Assist first responders dispatched to property.
- Assist residents with non-emergencies and / or emergencies as warranted.
