  • We are seeking a National Inside Sales Representative-Building Consultant to join our growing team. Are you a personable sales professional committed to earning a high wage? Are you anxious to grow your career? Welcome to Armstrong Steel! We are one of the most popular manufacturers of pre-engineered metal buildings in the nation. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill our Inside Sales Representative position.

    In this role, you'll be making calls to warm leads who have contacted Armstrong and help them with their steel building needs. High achievers with a passion for success do well in this role. Previous high ticket sales experience is a plus.

    We have been in business for over 18 years and advertise with top media personalities and major networks spending millions in advertising each year. Some of our clients consist of Nasa, AutoZone, 3M, Walmart, Microsoft, US Army, Habitat for Humanity and Lockheed Martin to name a few!

    We have impressive retention company-wide and we are strictly looking for individuals hoping to start a long-term position with us.

    We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and seasoned candidates that enjoys handling both inbound and outbound phone calls

    This position is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, and is located in Englewood, Colorado at our corporate headquarters.

    This is not a remote position or an outside sales position!

    To the right Inside Sales Representative, we offer :

    Base Salary + Uncapped commissions with average reps making between $95,000.00 and $175,000 per year and top reps earning $200,000+ working 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.

    No weekends but the door is always open

    No cold calling!

    Work / Life balance with a great schedule of Mon - Fri, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

    Duties and Responsibilities include :

    Listening and visualizing the dream buildings of our customers and guide them to reality

    Providing solutions while gaining commitment to begin the project

    Closing your own sales but not afraid to ask for help

    Maintaining an active pipeline in Salesforce CRM

    Achieve monthly sales targets

    Qualifications include :

    High School diploma / GED

    Capable of rolling with the punches of phone sales

    Self-motivated

    Driven and passionate about being successful

    Sounds great on the phone

    Experience building rapport with customers

    At least 1 - 2 years of successful sales experience (recommended but not required)

    CRM experience
