    • Responsibilities Service Technician :

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with Ford standards and dealership quality expectations
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support team goals and contribute to customer satisfaction

    • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Honda experience is a plus!
  • A-Level Technicians : Advanced diagnostic skills, ASE certifications preferred, strong experience with complex repairs
  • B-Level Technicians : Solid mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and moderate repairs, willingness to grow into advanced responsibilities
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
