    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a VP of Data and Architecture to lead its data strategy and drive insights from complex datasets. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping data-driven decision-making processes, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This pivotal role involves developing and executing data strategies to meet business objectives, leading a team of data experts, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities for leveraging data. The VP will also be tasked with designing data models, providing easy-to-consume data to partners, and overseeing the administration of the company's cloud data warehouse and ETL pipeline. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics is essential, as is the establishment and maintenance of data governance policies. To thrive in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years' of leadership experience, and a proven track record in data engineering, modeling, and analytics. Expert-level experience with SQL is required, and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python, and Snowflake is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to act as a business consultant, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and lead a team in implementing data-driven strategies. Experience with data governance and compliance regulations is also a plus. High performance in this role is measured by the successful execution of data strategies, timely delivery of insights, and proactive process improvements.
