Real estate experience is required to beconsidered for this position.

We areseeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in realestate and expertise in Yardi or Avid Exchange. The ideal candidate will haveexperience handling both property-level and corporate-level accounts payable.This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizationalskills, and the ability to enhance and streamline processes. The position isbased in Boston, MA, and offers a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 to$65,000, along with an annual bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments for the portfolio
• Manage accounting payables and incoming payments in compliance withfinancial policies
• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts payables data
• Handle vendor inquiries and assist in reconciliation of vendorstatements
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure proper posting
• Analyze and manage queues in Avid Exchange
• Assist with generating financial statements and accounts payablereports
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Perform periodic vendor analytics and build relationships with vendors
• Support the Property Management team in relationship building

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience in real estate operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with Avid Exchange and Yardi is mandatory
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to self-monitor, self-motivate, and handle workplace problemseffectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Capable of handling changing priorities and deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
