Key Responsibilities

Contacts utility vendors to verify balances and negotiates payment extensions or fee removals

Maintains documentation of research, task times, and departmental procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

6 months of previous telephone experience in customer service or collections

General knowledge of utility billing processes
